MBSR@LEADERSHIP
Mindfulness in Leadership – Learn more.
In this online workshop, you will be introduced to the fundamentals of mindfulness in everyday leadership practice based on the MBSR programme (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by Prof. Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn. MBSR is a holistic approach that teaches practical, mindfulness-based exercises for stress reduction. After the workshop, you can continue integrating these mindfulness exercises into your daily life using the videos provided.
As a result, your self-awareness becomes more differentiated and improves; you gain access to your inner resources and learn to develop new perspectives. A mindful attitude supports you in being present in the current moment of your life with acceptance and appreciation. This leads to greater awareness in terms of self-regulation and self-leadership, and supports effective stress management.
You will become familiar with often unconscious stimulus–response patterns, enabling you to lead more consciously and calmly. With a mindful attitude, challenging leadership situations can often be clarified and approached more constructively.
Further impulses
