The Active Break is a mix of exercises targeting different body areas and movement types, such as mobility, strengthening, balance, and stretching.

Qigong meets Active Break includes Qigong-based exercises. Slow and harmonious movements calm the mind, relax the body, and enhance well-being.

Strengthen Your Resilience

Resilience research explores how we stay healthy during and after times of crisis. It examines what characterises people who cope well with critical life events and has identified seven factors that help us remain healthy even in challenging situations.

We regularly offer a lecture providing an overview of these seven pillars of inner strength, with the option to explore the topic further in an interactive online workshop series. This includes sharing experiences related to different aspects of resilience and working through the pillars through exercises in small groups and individual tasks.

Participation is limited to 12 people to enable personal exchange.

Further information is available via KMB.

MBSR@WORK – Mindfulness at the Workplace

This seminar series provides an introduction to mindfulness at the workplace and is based on the MBSR concept (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by Prof. Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn.

Each online module lasts 60 minutes and can be attended individually or as part of the full seminar series. The course is open to all employees.

Instructor: Bettina Werner, qualified social pedagogue and certified mindfulness trainer.

Mindfulness Training Videos

Here you can download three exercises based on the MBSR programme (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by Prof. Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn.

To understand the mindfulness exercises in depth and to develop an approach that fits your needs, it is recommended to attend an introduction to the MBSR programme. This introduction is provided in the seminars MBSR∂WORK or MBSR∂LEADERSHIP.

If you are unable to attend the seminars, you can also receive this introduction through individual coaching with the certified MBSR trainer Bettina Werner. In this case, please contact her directly to arrange an appointment.

Important: If you are currently experiencing an acute mental health crisis, these exercises may feel overwhelming. The mindfulness training is intended for psychologically stable individuals who would like to improve how they deal with demanding and stressful situations. If you are unsure, please contact our psychosocial counsellors in advance for professional advice.
