Mindfulness Training: Videos
This series of exercises is based on the MBSR concept (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by Prof. Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn. It can support you in your working day by helping you face daily challenges with greater composure, presence, and self-care. With regular practice, the exercises promote greater awareness, self-regulation, and stress management.

Work and Family (PEBA): Mindfulness Coaching
Do you find it difficult to maintain a balance between work and family? Do you feel you constantly need to do more or perform better? Are you unable to switch off and let go? Are you looking for a way to live more mindfully, initiate a process of change, or develop a creative and healthy approach to stress? If so, mindfulness coaching may be the right option for you.
The online mindfulness coaching:

shows ways out of the stress spiral and towards inner balance,

helps identify energy-draining patterns of thought and behaviour,

supports awareness of one’s own needs,

promotes integrating mindfulness into everyday life.

“Die kleine Auszeit” (Taking a Short Break)
This course offers you the opportunity to take a one-hour break from everyday life and let go of stress, anxieties and worries through guided exercises. The course consists exclusively of practical mindfulness exercises, including methods such as meditation, body-based exercises, and more.

Leadership responsibility for employees in personal crises
(Focus: mental health conditions & burnout, as well as addiction)
These courses are primarily aimed at managers and supervisors, but are also open to all employees. The costs are covered by PEBA. Registration and further information are available here.
Risk Assessment
As part of the risk assessment process, (mental) stressors affecting employees are systematically identified. This provides the basis for implementing measures that minimise risks and maximise relief.
