For support with challenges in workplace interaction—such as communication difficulties or collaboration issues—you can contact:

the staff of the Staff Unit for Conflict Management and Psychosocial Counselling (KMB)

the Equal Opportunities Officers (including counselling on conflicts, sexualised violence and discrimination, stalking, and challenges related to balancing work, studies and family)
For doctoral researchers, there is also an open consultation hour at the Karlsruhe House of Young Scientists (KHYS) for initial advice on challenging situations and conflicts
