Working with Disabilities / Chronic Conditions

How can diversity be leveraged as a strength so that everyone can reach their full potential?

We are actively committed to inclusion and equal opportunities for people with disabilities and chronic conditions. Through targeted support measures, barrier-free access, and an inclusive working and learning environment, we aim to enable all employees to develop both personally and professionally. We are convinced that our efforts in the area of inclusion not only promote diversity, but also strengthen cohesion and innovative capacity.
