About the project

Project name

ResearchDataCenter Motor Performance.

Background

The RDC Motor Performance emerged from the MO|RE data project. We want to continue to collect and provide data to make research accessible. For this reason, the platform has been further developed to include more sensitive data with additional access paths. Of course, this also raises the issue of data security and responsible handling of the uploaded data sets.

Ziele

Objectives

In the RDC Motor Performance, all available data on motor performance is bundled in the research data center and made available to the general public. We will continue to publish our own data and try to reach a point where sharing research data and making it available to others is the norm rather than the exception.

Area of application

The RDC Motor Performance should be accessible free of charge for scientists as well as for practitioners (trainers/teachers/doctors) and the interested public.

With the extension to Scientific Use Files, sensitive data can also be passed on from researcher to researcher in a secure manner.

The RDC Motor Performance offers a web-based application whose research data can be exported and reused as citable and internationally verified data.
