Clearing Consultation Hour of the Student Advisory Service
The Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) offers weekly clearing consultations for students who have to deal with special challenges while studying. Together, we look at how to better balance your studies and personal life. Students get guidance, personalized info, and support—from compensation for disadvantages to study planning to referrals to the right places. Family or caregiving responsibilities, health problems, or special challenges in everyday life—but also unexpected crises—can be reasons to take advantage of this service. The open consultation hours take place on Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the ZSB; no appointment is necessary.

Family Portal for Students
The intensified focus on equal opportunities and the improved possibilities with regard to the compatibility of family and career have made family planning during studies conceivable and feasible for students. In order to offer students with family responsibilities more support, various services have been created to help with challenges and counteract possible disadvantages. The Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB) is the first point of contact for students with children, providing advice and support for all questions relating to studying with children or family responsibilities.
