
Project description
The aim of the MyHealth project was to pilot the development of a comprehensive, setting-based Student Health Management (SGM) system at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Over a period of more than five years, numerous behavioral and structural interventions were developed in a participatory manner. Existing individual health promotion initiatives at KIT were integrated into the program, following the guiding principle: "Connect rather than duplicate."
Duration
The MyHealth project was carried out at KIT between 2017 and 2022.
