"Next Level You!" is a weekly 90-minute empowerment format for students and staff at KIT that strengthens mental health, self-leadership, and personal development.
It offers impulses for personal growth during the lecture period, taking place on Wednesdays or Thursdays, with topics such as resilience, self-confidence, presence, body language, breathing, voice, setting boundaries, communication, clarity, and rhetoric.
The focus is on intergenerational and cross-hierarchical learning – fostering dialogue at eye level, creating mutual understanding, and opening up new perspectives for everyone involved.
Students can earn 1 ECTS credit by attending five workshops and submitting a reflection report.
