On 17.10.2023, KIT University Sports kicked off the new semester with its fifth edition. Once again, the number of participants and the interest in the sports offered by university sports was enormous. The hall was in a state of emergency for over 2.5 hours. Thank you for the lively interest!

And thanks to the university sports departments of rugby, pickleball, ultimate frisbee, climbing, taekwondo, sailing, roundnet, judo, self-defense, baseball, lacrosse, acrobatics / acroyoga, American, football, headis, hip-hop, floorball, field hockey, underwater rugby, horseback riding, forró and unicycle, who presented the colorful variety of university sports and introduced numerous visitors to their sports.

In addition to the sports, the IfSS project 'ActiveLearn - Healthy Learning at KIT' and KIT's international Buddy Program presented themselves with interactive information stands.

The walk-in health center also made the visitors sweat with a push-up challenge and once again had attractive prizes on offer. Best performances were achieved by the women with 31 push-ups and by the men with 115 push-ups.

The University Sports organization team would like to thank all participants, helpers and visitors for their support at the HSP Winter Kickoff 2023/2024. Many thanks to everyone who brought the Winter Kickoff to life.
