The implementation of an outdoor university sports course with a focus on "stair workout" is imminent.

Stair-Workout is part of the projectStudents on stairsand therefore of activity kit.

This program includes the conditions on campus with a special focus on stairs as a training tool. We would like to offer you a taster course to introduce you to the content and focus of the program and give you the opportunity to gain your first impressions. A date for a taster course has not yet been set. The meeting point would be in front of the walk-in. From there, we will walk/jog together to the training stairs, which will also serve as a warm-up program. Please come in (outdoor) sportswear.

The aim of the course is to improve both coordination and fitness skills and abilities through a variety of exercises using your own body weight.

The course is suitable for people of all levels and only requires motivation and enthusiasm for sport.
