In order to get as many students, employees and alumni of the adh member universities moving as possible, the adh, with the support of the adh health partner Die Techniker, has launched the digital adh-HOCHSCHULLAUF in 2020.

With the adh-HOCHSCHULLAUF, students, employees and alumni alike are called upon to lace up their running shoes. Within a given time window, the goal is to cover as many kilometers as possible on foot within 60 minutes - both for themselves and for their own university.
