The German Indoor University Championships took place this year as usual on the first Wednesday in February in Frankfurt-Kalbach. 15 athletes from Karlsruhe took part in the championships on 07.02.2018.

With a total of 300 registered athletes in 13 disciplines, the KIT athletes were able to win three podium places in a great atmosphere.

In the 200 meters, Florian Knöbl came 18th with 24.81 seconds and Arthur Kadnikov came 19th with 25.07 seconds.
