Home workouts for visually impaired people
A large majority of the thousands and thousands of home workout videos have inadequate verbal instructions, which can often lead to misunderstandings. Especially for blind and visually impaired people this is a problem. Therefore, we have created a list of positive examples for you, so that no one has to miss out on working out at home. We hope you enjoy exercising, strengthening and relaxing in the comfort of your own home.
Strengthening and stretching
Website Blindensport- On this website of the Austrian Blind and Visually Impaired Sports Club you will find various exercise units from the series "Sporteln in Zeiten von Corona (physical activity during Corona)" - also highly recommended for non-visually impaired people! There are workouts for everyone, for example a back and abdominal workout, Tabata, stretching or a strength endurance workout. A special bonus: all exercises are downloadable and can therefore also be used offline.
